this guy sits beside me in class and he's really irritating..he loves to curse me alot..every morning when i go to school, sometimes he'll greet me with a huge grin on his face but sometimes he'll ask me why i'm still alive and not dead yet..i don't know why but he really loves to do that..at times, he'll be so mean with his words but sometimes,he'll be really sweet, listening to my problems and all..so i really don't get what's wrong with him..perhaps he's got issues..i don't get why he have to curse me with all those words...

He probably doesn't realize that it bothers you. My best friend and I used to greet each other and refer to each other as bitches, whores and whatnot.

ARIELLE, stop telling him your problems if he curses at you. That is not healthy at all. second of all, why do you continue to sit next to him if he treats you like that? Yes he likes you, but if you accept his behavior, it will not change. Everyone has good and bad in them. But what outwieghs the other, is the most important thing. If he is bad mos of the time, it won't change with time. Don't even concern yourself with his antics. Follow your own path. and if he's smart, your good behavior will draw him to you the right way. he needs to drop the insecurities that he is overcompensating for. that is why he has the roller coaster emotions. He is unbalanced emotionally.

He probably thinks it makes him sound cool. Depending on what type of person he is you could 1) tell him you don't like being talked to like that 2) be louder, ruder, and more insulting to him to get your point across or 3) casually mention how disgusted you are by guys who try to get girls attention by being loud and obnoxious. Hopefully one of those might help

He may be enjoying his power over you with this emotional manipulation, or he may have a chemical imbalance that causes these personality shifts. If you don't feel threatened by him, try to enjoy his caring moments and blow off the mean. Eventually you will not be stuck sitting next to him... and he will be missing you ;)

Obviously he is totally immature and wants your attention, and thinks that if he makes you mad, then he will get it...

Or, he is afraid that he is falling in love with you and may be Socially unable to handle it, and is doing this to drive you away from him...

Or, he maybe bi-polar, and not taking his medication and is having bad mood swings, and its best to leave him be...

I would bring this up to a teacher to make sure that the are aware of it, in case something happens that either you or he may not be able to handle...

I wish you well..

Jesse

WELL EVENTUALLY HE HAS A PROBLEM. MAYBE HE HAS A SPLIT PERSONALITY. SO IF U CAN TRY 2 STAY AWAY FROM HIM BECAUSE HE WILL ALWAYS BE LIKE THAT. Y DON'T U ASK HIM Y HE IS NICE 2 U ONE DAY AND NASTY THE NEXT. BUT ONLY ASK HIM WHEN HE IS BEING NICE 2 U.

It could be that he is so shy in wanting to ask you out that he can't say the words and he becomes so frustrated that he begins to curse at you.

How old are you? If you're like in junior high most guys are like that. If he listens to your problems then he cares about you, bur do you remember that stage in your life when people had cooties, it seems like a case of that

don't take it personal he either likes you and doesn't know how to express it or he is mentally ill if not both just be careful not to offend him let him know how you feel about how his actions though just try to do it in a nice way (you don't want to offend someone who is psychotic)
