80 pounds in 3 months is not a very healthy way to lose weight. The faster you get it off of you, the faster you gain back...so go slow. It took you 22 years to gain all this weight so wanting to lose it in 3 months does not make much sense. An average of 3 pounds a week is the max you should be aiming for, otherwise you will feel frustrated. 45 minutes of stepper or treadmill on the heart rate mode with the heart rate of 160 daily. Portion control when it comes to food, eat whatever you are eating but cut the portion size into 1/3rd. It helps a lot.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

I think that the most that you can lose is 24 lbs. You would have to take harsh measures to lose that much weight like LAP BAND surgery or Gastric Bypass. Be healthy and remember that some weight loss is better than hurting your body. Also talk to your Dr. and see if there is any RX he can give you to suppress your hunger. Good luck b/c losing weight is hard but you can do it! Join a gym, find a workout buddy or got to Weight Watchers. The more support to have the more weight you will lose!! And finally drink lots of water!!!

It relies upon on what you're waiting to do and how a lot structure you're in. yet cardio workouts and dealing are the fasted and very best thanks to shed extra pounds. I did a application the position I ran a million/2 of a mile another day until eventually i ought to do 5 miles. So on the right of two weeks I had burned off all the fat round my waist. because once you run pyruvic acid is embarked on the muscular tissues which breaks down fat cells. you may actual experience fat melt away once you get to the three-5 mile mark. yet like I reported aerobics or operating is the fasted and also you may see important effects the same day relying on what you do.

The quickest results I've seen have been, without a doubt, from Medifast. (www.medifast1.com). It's weird how people lose weight so quickly on that program.

you're not going to be able to lose all that in just a couple of months....but 20 is doable. Eat fist size portions of everything you usually put on your plate....eating less of anything is less likely to make you feel deprived.
