Hi I want a black light but i dont know what one to get. Which is better the black light light bulbs...ar the long one that doesnt go into a light bulb??

You can get the compact fluorescent UV (Black) light ie normal ES or BC lamp or the longer T12 style traditional flouro UV lamp. Both are easily available at specialist globe wholesalers so it all depends on the type of fixture you want to use in your room.
Steer clear of the painted or purple incandescents they just don't have enough grunt to get a good effect.

the longer one gives you more of a black light feel
the bulb just gives a purple light more or less!
the longer one works much better!

The longer flourescent type fixture is better.
