Lots of chopped vegetables and turkey and gammon.
If you have gravy left add that in to a pie dish
Add seasoning and herbs and some form of thickening but not too much.

Top with a puff pastry lid, brushed with egg wash and pierced and allow steam to escape.

Cook in oven 180 - 200 for approximately 30 mins - watch pastry though just in case it catches - in which case shove some foil over the top. Check filling is piping hot though.

Serve with new potatoes and either a salad or vegetables on the side.
