you sound like you are unsure whether you really want him to stop it or not, since you like it as well.
When you make up your mind, just ignore the attempts at flirting and change the topic, end the conversation or say you have to do something & walk off. Do it consistently and all the time and he should stop.
The problem is if you don't do it consistently and he feels that he's getting mixed signals or that you are blowing hot and blowing cold, whether you mean it or not. Some guys like to think that the female is responding to their flirting so you have to work doubly hard to let them know you are not.
Another way is to innocently and objectively repeat what he said or did in front of other people (when he is around too) so that he can be slightly embarrassed and stop it (if he's embarrassed by other people knowing). If he feels there's nothing wrong, he wn't even be embarrassed , so don't be too kind to him.

You could "develop" some irritating habits that might cause him to lose interest, maybe a laugh with a cute little pig snort sound, that's always annoying. Picking your nose, then inspecting the boogers real close, maybe eat a couple. Belching always works, talk to imaginary friends, argue with them, talk like you're interested in his girlfriend for yourself, funny little head twitches, talk about weird stuff like dryer lint or fish poop, make strange sounds with your mouth, slurp your soda and chew loudly. Pass gas, loudly. Do armpit farts. Just freak him and gross him out.

Tell him to tone it down abit. There is no real way of doing this without hurting someones feelings. Just say it friendly, with a smile, dont be rude.

well this is your choice - IF you like the attention and he is keen on you and likes that - then if it has no harm for you then just enjoy it while it lasts - he will probably stop after a while - when his GF takes his time away from his flirting activities with u.. enjoy...

Either just ignore him, or say in an exaggerated fashion, "Why in the world are you flirting with me when you are spoken for?" and laugh and walk away.

You just tell him that you are flattered but its in-apropiate due to hes already in a relationship until things change tell him to stop doing it.
