You can freeze any kind of fudge, but take some time in wrapping it up. The best method is to divide the layers with wax paper and then overwrap in plastic wrap (or in a ziplock bag with air removed) then store in an airtight container. The shelf life of frozen fudge is about 6 months- just in time to enjoy for a nice 4th of july treat!
When thawing, you want to leave it out about 2 hours to return to room temperature. Do not microwave or you will ruin it.

Absolutely. I make mine ahead of time and freezed until ready to serve. It tastes just as good as when it was first made. The only drawback--you can't leave in the freezer too long or it will develop freezer burn and taste like the other foods in your freezer (probably max of 6 weeks)

you can freeze just about anything! make sure you wrap it really well in plastic wrap and/or storage bags. I would avoid a foodsaver since it would probably cause it to become misshapen. Sounds yummy!

sure can, my wife and her family do it, and it taste the same everytime....just dont store it in a cardboard box...that kills the flavor...keep in in plastic....both in the freezer and out
