the UFC fights are sanctioned by the nevada sporting commision therefore its not illegal, they have numerous safety rules and top of the line referees officiating to ensure fighter safety, so there, i would say visit UFC.com for the official rules and regs of the sport, also in concluding, pits are trained to kill other dogs in fights, once they taste blood, the grudge never ends

are you serious??
it's a question of free will and control. you train a person how to fight, and you're also training when to fight, you're putting them in control of the skills you've given them. when you train a dog to fight, all you're doing is teaching it how to kill, nothing else, they don't know anything about control, they want to kill anything that moves, simple as that. when's the last time u heard of a UFC fighter running wild in the street, mauling to death little kids? never, because a human being knows better.

pull your head out of your *** and take a look at the real world for once. there's sport, like the UFC, and there's brutal, cruel, pointless death, dog fighting.

human beings please do no longer feed the troll. the two he's trolling or a moron who's conscious no longer something approximately MMA in any respect. first of all, UFC is a company, so in case you ban UFC, then there are a ton of alternative companies obtainable that even have MMA. in case you ban the NFL, there remains CFL. Secondly, MMA is a mix of distinctive attempt against activities. So, boxing, wrestling, judo, bjj, sambo, muay thai, and so on could must be banned. This individual is a bored moron... you could no longer argue with an fool without turning out to be one your self. no longer something to verify here, pass on!

UFC fighters are consenting adults who are fighting sportively and not with the intention of killing each other. They are supervised by officials, and they are required to follow their commands.

Pitbulls are taught they must fight and win to survive. They are very tenacious and will kill their opponent so they will live. Apart from the obvious abuse that occurs during a fight, the dogs are often treated very poorly.

Animals and humans are different. Pitbull fights are more brutal and occasionally results in death to the dog. Not one single UFC fighter has died or been seriously injured unlike boxing or checkers.

Humans chose to fight in a very controlled situation. As a human, we can think and will not fight to kill in the ring. This is a sport like boxing (OK, so there is a ground game, knees, and various strikes and holds... but it is a sport :) ). You can learn a lot and respect a person more after crossing hands with them.
Dogs are animals who live under different rules. They do not have the same principles that we have. As a human, we can train to fight and kill and choose not to react in that manner in various situations. Dogs perceive things as a fight and train to fight, will do so regardless in most cases... lacking the full ability to interpret the situation unless under strong supervision (read that police dog). Dog fights do not have the same rules and such.
Animal fighting is just not right.
Keep in mind, in the wild, animals fight to protect their areas, they just as happy to scare a predator away without a fight. Few animals kill to do so. Although human intervention has done a lot to a few animals, and some animals display aberrant behavior at times.

We are humans we decide when we choose to fight.
Animals are animals if they fight to defend themselves or to protect so well be it. However if humans provoke these animals to fight for amusement thats cruelty to animals. UFC is a spectators sport but the althetes who fight know what and why there are doing it.

Ufc fighters are not tearing each others skin apart. Also mixed martial arts fighters are the best athletes in the world, not crazy bar brawlers. You need to go to a ufc fight.

becuase it's people fighting in UFC, not dogs. dogs don't make the decision to go tear apart another dog, they do it on instinct. people in UFC know they're going to be getting into some pretty heavy fights. the better question is why isn't this question banned?
