i am going on a crusie in Feb. and i was wondering if i would be able to drink or not... jw BTW i am 20

It depends where your ship departs from. If you depart from any US city, then the drinking age is still 21. However, if you depart from a foreign city, then the drinking age is whatever the drinking age is there. Once you leave the ship the drinking age is whatever the country you are in is. Have fun!

Are you by chance going with family or wanting to party it up with friends? I don't know what the drinking age is, but if it's the latter that is your intent, I can see disastrous consequences ahead if you choose to drink. And no, I'm not some prudish teatotaler, just someone who's heard too many horror stories about young girls, alcohol, vacations in faraway places, etc. Heck, I have my own horror stories about drinking close to home!

I'm sure you're able but you're not allowed. :) If the ship is registered in the USA, you should be 21 in order to legally drink alcohol. If it is registered in Mexico, 18 is the legal minimum age.

21, however if you get off the boat to check out one of Mexico's cities, the age to drink is 18. you just cannot bring any alcohol back onto the boat.

It isnt 21, Mexico you have to be 18 and above. So have FUN!
