Assuming the BIG IF that they both agreed....

Its not legal in the US. You could be practically married, There is no law about who you sleep with. Ther is no law about marital faithfulness. There is no law about living together. If you had kids by the sister, you would still be listed as the father and would still be financially reponsible. The sister can legally change her last name to anything she wants. You could sign a contract that would settle the financial issues the same as if you were married, You could even hold a fake wedding if you so desired.

Why are you asking about how you can marry her when you haven't even told her that you are in love with her yet? Maybe she doesn't like you. Maybe she wouldn't want to share a husband with her sister.

Unless you live somewhere where men are allowed to have more than one wife, you can't get married to her anyway.

Unless you are in a country where you can have more than one wife, you can't mary her and continue with your first wife.

Respect your wife and stay faithful to her.

Only state this is lawful in is Utah - and most women would not consider this!

Not to mention definitely not acceptable thru the Scriptures!

Your question is in the wrong category and has nothing to do with immigration.

It is NOT legal in Utah that's a myth .
