I want to set up a computer lab for the Polytehnic students. The lab will have at least 25 pcs with latest configuration ( Costing @ IRs. 7,50,000/-). Can I get any financial grant for this project by any funding agency / donor? The polytechnic is run by a very reputed and old institute in the state of Maharashtra(India). The students are deprived of the opportunity to use computers for the lack of funds. Can any one help me out?

Try asking help from NGO/s non government organisations, The MNC's , I am certain they will be willing to help. Start with one, and all will follow suit.
