Your question is posed in ignorance. I do not mean that as an insult. I am sure you are perfectly intelligent, but you obviously lack in a basic understanding of Christianity. There would be no Christianity had Jesus simply had a stroke. The Christian religion is based in the belief that the death of Jesus was preordained. He died the way he did intentionally, as an absolution for our sins. Without this basic fact (fact, as far as a Christian is concerned), there would be no Christianity. To ask what you are asking is akin to asking "how would people think if they had no brain?" The fact is that they simply wouldn't.

If Jesus died of a stroke he could not of been the Messiah as it wouldn't have fulfilled prophecy. The amount of fulfilled prophecy in regards to Jesus, and His death is amazing!

It really does not matter HOW he died. His death isn't what makes christianity what it is - it is his resurrection. Anyone can die (matter of fact, we are all doomed to die one day unless Christ takes us first). He came back to life just as he said he would. Lazarus was also brought back to life by Jesus. The difference is Lazarus did not raise himself, but Jesus did!

Have you ever notice that Jesus was never sick, Yes he got hungry & thirsty, But never sick, why, Because That nature of sin was not within his body, Therefore Jesus would have never died from any diseases.
