Ok, i don't know why but lately i've just wanted to be mad at someone, anyone! And so i was talking to my boyfriend and he always just signs off, and that ticks me sooo bad.. and so i'm mad at him, but then he asks why i'm mad, and just saying, you sign off on me all the time, isn't a good enough excuse, please help think of a great excuse to be mad at him, or shouldn't i even be mad at him? Please help!!!

Hi BooBoo, why are you taking it out on your boyfriend? You must find out by thinking very hard and carefully just who or what you are mad about. Try not to just blame him for signing off, let him know that you are having a hard time expressing yourself and when he signs you off that only makes you more frustrated and feeling ignored. let him know your feelings that are deeper than just the mad....Pray for help to know what is the bottom line of your anxiety.

May be the hormones... get a blood test and see what is going on...talk to your doctor.
