It's all a matter of the proper perspective.....you can be sad about the rejection or you can laugh it off b/c you weren't sure if you wanted to stay with the loser anyway. The person who rejected you just made it easy for you...and you come out looking like the 'good guy.' You now have no obligation to make sure they're okay with it, you don't have to communicate with them, continue the 'charade', it just ends simple as that. Freedom is a nice word--now you have a chance to experience it guilt free. Solitude helps one see their own good qualities and develop the 'self love' that is so impt. good luck

The only cure that actually works for getting hurt is time. Give it time and you will get better. Nothing else really works, anything Else just prolongs the healing process. Endure, and grow from this. Allow this kind of pain to strengthen your character. In time you will be okay and have that much more to contribute to a relationship that you will have later.

Forget about the whole thing and start things afresh. This is the best solution. You have to learn to let go and forget about the unhappy events and look forward into your bright future. Try to forgive and forget and you will find that a load has taken off your heart.

Write about it, read books, play video games, talk to your family, paint, draw pictures, watch TV, answer questions on Yahoo Answers, go shopping, play basketball, go skateboarding, ignore it, think about it, ignore it, play games.
And whatever you do, start thinking about all the good things in your life. You have to find something to focus your emotions on. Hang in there, it's not the end of the world, although it does feel like it.

Take a nap. It'll help, trust me because as time heals all wounds, what's a better way to pass time than to go to sleep? If that doesn't help try a bowl a cereal. It works.

Were you rejected by someone romantically?
I think you should spend time alone and go somewhere peaceful, enjoy a sunset (that's if there's any sun to be seen), or take a long walk. I do that, or go for a drive.
P.S.
Ur an idiot...

Only one can cure you and His name is Jesus Christ. Whether you believe it or not, we all long for a relationship with Jesus.
