The turkey was cooked thoroughly.. I'd think pinkish water meant blood, that the turkey was not yet done - but it was COMPLETELY cooked - through to the center (and the 'right' temp. on the inside)..

Generally it is a bit of the juices left inside the bones ie marrow as that is the last place that is cooked.

It is not cooked completely - Let it cook a little longer.
There should be no pinkish water (juice) coming out
of the turkey. And do not eat it until you are sure that
the meat is cooked right down to the bone.
A defrosted turkey should be in the oven at least
1/2 hour for every pound of weight. A little longer
does't hurt.

***If the marrow in the bones is not done (cooked) than the
turkey is not ready to eat - it needs more time in the oven.
That also means - the meat close to the bones is not fully
done. It might look like it, but it is not.
Please, don't eat it, until it is really cooked through.

So, i still has blood in it- just cooked out a little. Nasty but true. Just because you cooked they turkey doesn't mean the blood dissapears. i don't mean to sound so mean but it's true.

I would put it back in the oven for about 20 more minutes to be sure it's done. Pink is blood.
