whenever someone likes me and they ask me out or for my number i get scared real quick.I have a fear of letting anyone get close to me and i think it's because of my past with guys that i was friends with and who i liked and they didn't like me.I can't get my head around the fact that any guy could seriously ever like me and want to be with me.My mums like you're going to be a real attractive girl but thats my mum and she's biased.how do i overcome this fear because i really like someone at the moment and they seem to like me but i can't believe it.

Oh man, have I ever been there. Seriously, you were practically telling my life story. I've only recently met someone that I didn't deliberately chase off out of fear of rejection. And, while, yes, it does still feel weird to even think that this guy likes me, I know he does because one night while we were talking, I finally got tired of both of us dancing around the issue and said "look, I like you, and I THINK you like me, too". Turns out, I was right. So, I guess the best thing to do is, if you feel a mutual attraction there, just...be blunt and ask.

take it one step at a time. first you have to believe the fact that a guy may like you. if a guy asks you out or asks for your number and you think its someone you like then go out with them or give them your number dont be afraid to give a guy a chance if it doesnt work then just move on.

you need 2 believe in yourself! its really important. of course someone can like you. people like all kinds of people and if you r human then someone in the world will like you. i used 2 feel similar 2 u bt now i realise that just cos of the past doesnt mean no1 will like u...life is all abt probability. in the past u dodged the probability of meeting someone who likes u...doesn't mean that in the future u will dodge that probability too. you found someone girl, congrats and remember 2 believe in urself cos ur a special person!

Hey missy try to catch the train while its still at the station ..... If you don't like the ride get off at the next station... there are plenty of trains each minute ... who know might catch the right one if only "YOU TRIED"
