Plasma is ionized gas. A certain type of stungun works on plasma projectiles. To ionise a gas, you need to take an electron or neutron (I don't remember which one) from an atom or a molecule of gas to ionise in order to make it become plasma. I'm not too sure about blood plasma. I hope this answers your question.

no. not that type of plasma. the plasma in tvs is a gas. and electecity sent thru it excites molocules to produce colors. i cant remember the exact details. bu ill start the answers and im sure someone who knows will give better details.
