don't try to gain weight (unless you are anorexic)
just eat what ever you want trust me when you will grow older you won't want the extra weight.
just eat what you would normaly eat and go to a doctor to hear his opinion.

To gain weight you must eat a good balanced diet but not just keep eating b'cos that will make you obese or worse. In d morning, remember to drink at least 1 glass of water, then drink protein shakes or eat some protein products b4 breakfast . Eat something heavy as ur breakfast. But make ur dinner as light as possible. Between ur meals, eat some snacks but light ones. Remember to drink a lot of water and exercise at least 3 times a week, best in the morning. In my point of view, u not only gain weight but look fit.

Strange, usually most 14 year old asian girls are trying not to gain weight.
But if you are trying, then here is a way to gain good weight:
Try working out to gain muscles while eating more at meal time.
Dont gorge yourself on candy or icecream, that will only add unwanted weight.

Jaja get yourself on the fast food plan Mc Donalds ,Burger king etc this will put it on for ya and they say that asain girls on these kind of diets get big boobs from it also
