He has a generation name meaning he is the 3rd. so i have reason to believe that he is using either his grandfather's identity/his dad's. i also have reason to beleive that he may even have a fake id/ssn to avoid paying me child support.

good luck in finding him.

I used to work in Child Support Enforcement and know that finding them is the hardest part. Many will tell you they can find him (for a fee - up front) but they usually come up empty handed and keep the money.

Keep looking for him and ask people on here if they know where he is. Say he's come into a small inheritance or something like that. Be sure to register with your local child support enforcement office. they have all kinds of tools to use to find these deadbeat parents. the last program I worked on was one to identify bank accounts and other assets to sieze.

good luck

You may have a blessing in disguise. My deadbeat ex who didn't work for most of our marriage went on a campaign for custody since he didn't want to pay. The authorities, heavily influenced by fathers rights people, were thrilled that he took any interest. So they gave him my daughter. I find out later, years after the divorce, that he had got a former girlfriend pregnant years before, and threatened her with a custody fight if she tried to get child support. She backed down. Didn't get a cent. But kept her child. So be careful what you wish for. Attorneys routinely counsel these guys to get maximum visitation of custody so as to reduce or eliminate child support.

My only solution to you is that if he is going through such great lenghts to keep himself under the radar you will have to wait because he will make a mistake somewhere, sometime and when he does the law will pick up on it....you can also go into the white pages on the puter and put both his dad's and grandad's name and see what you come up with, who knows it could be just that simple and you might find him in a flash............

i'm a mom of an austistic toddler and that i grow to be a single mom at the same time as he grow to be born. it particularly is the deal. all your skill needs to bypass into elevating your toddler and giving him the affection and centers that he desires. kind one, monitoring down a deadbeat will in straightforward terms invite a deadbeat into you and your teen's existence. Neither of you desires that. kind 2, you're shape and keeping indoors you anger, resentment and many damaging skill in process this guy and that would not benefit you or your son indoors the least. the in the past you launch this, the happier you would be indoors the friendly, drama-loose courting you have got which comprise your son. enable the courts handle the deadbeat guy (regardless of in the event that they fail) and you concentration on your son. And, basically on the grounds which you're a single mom now, does no longer propose which you will no longer meet somebody outstanding who will love you and your son and handle you techniques you should be taken care of. (i'm now married to a large guy and he has referred to my son and that i never spent a 2nd of skill chasing after a guy who did no longer decide for me or my son in his existence.) sturdy achievement to you!

Contact social services and get a social worker to use the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS). It can search loads of computer systems. He may not have managed to fake/evade everything.
