There are 3 very important things I would recommend . Find and work with a License Dietitian as I did from Margate South Florida. Then follow a Low Glyemic diet which is now widely accepted in France,Canada,United Kingdom and Australia. They don't look as overweight as People in the USA because of their eating habits. I found a great source of information and support at a friends web site. Exercise do more walking if you can't get to a gym. Drink plenty of water esp. when you first wake up to help flush the repair work your body did overnight and a glass 2 hours before sleep and sip water all throughout the day.
Have a great 2007 and let's eat right...

Its not always about eating less as much as it is about eating healthier.

Stay away from processed foods because they often have fillers in them that may work against your metabolism. Raw vegetables and fish are a good way to go. Switch to whole grain breads. I also read once that women who eat cereal for breakfast are more likely to lose weight than women who skip breakfast. (Grains will clean out your intestines too and decrease your chances of intestinal problems)

The best exercise for losing weight is running. Because you get your heart rate up quickly. But any exercise where you can get your heart rate up for 30-40 minutes a day is okay. You may need to work yourself up to exercising that long if you don't exercise. You can start by doing it twenty minutes a day every other day and then gradually work your way up over a two or three week time period.

No quick weight loss is healthy...and many of diet pills don't work with out proper diet and exercise anyway--which if you're doing that you wont need pills.

First stop worrying about over weight. Then continue doing Exercise. Take regular food without much of fat, oil and sweet. Please don't expect instant miracles. Weight reduction is very slow process. Over weight is also a family trait, passed through your genes. Best of luck.

start reducing ur diet day by day not suddenly. use a small plate, serving spoon etc. quite alcohol & smoking.
the rule is burn out what ever u eat. exercise twice a dayand increase frequency day by day 15min...25...30....
don't ever starve urself, this leads to overeating. take 5 meals just reduce the stuff. take fruits half hr before dinner as all of us do less activity after dinner.
