Which software can RIP a DVD into AVI by fitting into one CD of 700MB size same DVD quality.

You want to convert it to either a miniDVD or a VCD if you want it playable in a DVD player. There are some DVD players that will play AVI but you must know the exact AVI codec to convert to that. Check out the site below, there are tutorials for everything concerning video manipulation.

It is not possible to convert it in avi. with same DVD quality.

i surfed videohelp.com.....is nice...check it out
u can also use cheetah, IMTOO DVD rip, etc. to do the needful.
