You have an addiction.

Anything that takes you out of NORMAL routine and substitutes for normal responsibility is drug like behavior. OK. first lose weight, and start wearing decent clothes. The smoking thing is next: ashes to ashes dust to dust those cigarettes need to go bust!

You are a loser on the highest level if you don't get up off you lazy a.s.s. and put those children first, they come before anything and everything,..sooner or later they will stop respecting you totally. Talk about low self esteem,..
you will never recover if those children are not cared for.

So in summary get a freaking grip on yourself and get moving in a positive direction.
Reading the word of God might put some zip back in your life. STOP drinking soda and try large amounts of water, this will help. And make a friend to help you out of this depressed state,..... and by the way Good luck!

Well you are smart enough to know you have a problem. You have to work in your inner self to get self respect. Trying spending more time with the kids, get off the net and get out of the house. Get on a diet regiment and stop on the smokes. It wont be easy but you can do it.

WOW! I think you need professional help from a psychiatrist. You know you have a problem when kids start to be involved also. Don't you care for them?

I think you lack motivation, you must invent that motivation, and not take something for granted

Just quit what you think is not good gradually

Hope this help...
