I am working in foreign company and i meet a girl, we work in the same building but not the same room, sometimes i want to talk to her but afraid of denying, can help me how to overcome this problem

well just ask her a question even if you know the answer to it. that way you can have something to talk about and after you done talkingg before you leave just say in a nice way well since we had a chance to talk i wanted to know if we could have lunch together or maybe finish talkin bout this over coffee etc.. something nice. or maybe if she had sometime she could show you around town and just wait if she says yes that mean she likes you if she hesiate try to change the date if that doesn't work then she not interested

Just talk to her. About anything. Now to tell when she likes you her generall behavior should be something like this.
1. She goes out of her way to talk to you
2. She lights up when you walk in the room
3. Whenever you greet her she greets you with a smile
4. You catch them looking at you more than normal
If she meets these four conditions drop what you're doing and ask her out. If she meets Three then yeah she likes you. If she meets two she probably likes you but not in that way yet. And if one talk to her more and see if she starts to meet the other three.

Just go ahead and make small-talk about the weather, about the company, about her new blouse or about something completely different. If she likes you too, she'll keep the conversation going - unless she is painfully shy.

If she is interested, she will find ways to cross your path. She may find ways to work with you, talk to you, leave the building when you do etc. If she hasn't noticed you, find ways to cross her path. Do you have someone who can run interference for you? Maybe they can find out if there is a mutual attraction.
