this happened to me before, this is the second time, the first time this happened, the pain's gone after a few days, but I did it again and now I just wanted to make sure and I didn't see any doctor the first time, and im pretty sure that it's not bleeding, trust me...

Hello, my name is Sherri, and you should "NEVER" stick anything in your ear, not even your fingers, because you can damage your ear drum, and even worse lose your hearing. Best results, see a ear, nose and throat physician, I recommend this because, you said the outside of your ear hurts to touch it. This can be a serious infection, or something worse, its unlikely that its cancerous. But you definately need to see a physician.

If you go to a doctor, you will either know that it's cancer or you can rule it out. The best way to clean your ears is to let a doctor do it. Some of them have syringes and use peroxide. I wouldn't put my fingers in my ears anymore if they made my ears hurt.

well, firstly, stop cleaning your ear with finger, next, go and see a doctor as soon as possible. This may not be a cancer, but it may happen because inside your ear, it is bleeding already...
For your information, inside our ears, the skin is very soft and easily bleed...
Better see a doctor quick, to avoid losing your hearing organs....

It's probably an ear infection, it is very common. Some antibiotics will take care of it.
