Long hair is beautiful as long it's healthy, without split ends and shiny. Oh-and NATURAL!!!
How can such hair get out of fashion?? I think fake long hair is going out of fashion...

Liv is right - fake long extensions are going out of fashion prob cos Victoria Beckham has changed her style.
But what is fashion anyway? Some people will always keep long hair and others won't. If i had beautiful long healthy hair i wouldnt cut it off just cos its the fashion!

I don't beleive that long hair has gone out of fashion. I think it is all things fake that has gone out of fashion. As long as long hair is natural it will always be in fashion. At the moment nail extensions, st tropez and hair extentions have gone out of fashion. It's time for people to make the most of their natural beauty.

Its not that long hair is going out of fashion, just right now its all about volume and great layers, and its hard to have great volume with long hair because it weighs it down. But If you have long hair keep rocking it. It'll come back sooner or later.

It's not, what is in fashion is what is best for you and your own personal style, that whole one cut is best is so out, not everyone looks good in short hair and not everyone looks good in long hair, it just depends on your face shape and your life style.

long her is totally not I repeat not going out of fashion keep your hair as the short hair craze just ends up in tears when long hair comes back in the week after !!!!! so dont be a fool keep your wool :)

I think it's making a HUGE comeback - for guys that is.
The rebellion against chav culture (an oxymoron surely) and the resurgence of the live music scene means the hair is growing not only on the teenagers heads but also on guys into their forties - well the ones that aren't bald already that is!

it depends what kind of long hair you have.
long wavy hair is out- get a short cut with or a layered shoulder cut
long curl hair is out- again get a short cut and stik to that
long staight hair is IN- but only do it of you have naturally straight
hair.
more people are getting bored of the same look, and we just want to try new things. [including meeee] i have long dark brown curly/wavy hair.
i put henna on it to give it a slight red tint , and then i got it cut at a world famous salon , i got a layered cut with model bangs.
it looks great, and MUCH better then my long dull hair.

I would ignore the 'fashion' wagon as you become a 'me to' non person. Long hair looks fantastic especially when looked after properly.

Going out of style no, it depends on the person. I have short hair b/c it looks good with my face. Same with some of my friends. No specific reasons just looks better to us. Still some girls with long hair. That kinda like asking why we dye our hair darker in the winter it just looks better.
