There is only one human race and all humans belong to it.
The genetic variance between humans is so slight that it is just as likely that the leader of the KKK will share the majority of his genes with the nearest African Bushman as it is that he will have a majority in common genetically with his own second in command. This is NOT altered by number of times or most recent crossings between ethnic subgroups.
Don't look for reasons to be a racist, it is a waste of time and causes nothing but trouble in the world!

There are three groups of humans: Negroids, Caucasians, Mongoloids.Each has several subdivisions. But in none of them there is clear-cut indication of greater brain weight. In women the average weigh is 1250 g and in men 1350 g. There are records of greater brain weight in some people. For example, Georges Cuvier, a noted zoologist, had brain weight 1830g. Brain size and mental ability have not been closely related though.

TODAY THERE ARE VERY SCARCE NUMBER OF PURE HUMAN RACES ALIVE.
Those alive belong to native tribes like aboriginies in Australia, Masai in central Africa.
Among those pure races none of them have highest brain weight.
BUT IF YOU CONSIDER THE GENUS "HOMO", then Cromagnon MAN had the highest brain weight and volume.

Brain weight ans mass does NOT equate to intelligence. The elephant has one of the biggest brains among animals, but no elephant has ever won the Nobel Peace Prize, or any other academic award.
