Call NHS direct on 08454647 and ask them :)
There are too many things that we don't know, such as medication, medical history, allergies, age, sex and many more. You need to talk to someone proffessionally trained :)

Sounds like you have a virus, try pepto bismol if you can get some,it helps control dihorea too, it's good stuff. Drink a lot of fluid, especially water.Other than that, if it carries on for the next 24-48 hours,go to the doctors. Hope you feel better soon

Is there fever?

You could have food poisoning. Don't want to scare you but those are also symptoms of a heart attack. You could have the flu. If you are in the United States there is a lot of flu gong round right now. It never hurts to go see a doctor. Or visit the hospital emergency room depending on how severe the symptoms are.

Sounds like you have a stomache bug, have you eaten anything dodgy, the heartburn could be from the acid in vomiting up, the lightheaded could be from the fact you havent eaten in 48 hours leaving you weak.
You need to try and keep your fluid intake up to prevent de-hydration .

Hope you feel better soon.

Try webmd.com and you should be able to look up the symptoms there.
Sounds like the flu to me, but don't trust me I'm not a doctor.
If webmd.com can't help you I suggest you call your doctor and make an appointment asap.

Have you got a temperature, if so sounds like food poisoning, if so it's something you ate about three days ago. If there is blood in the vomit it could be an ulcer.

I would discuss your symptoms with a professional - do you have a walk-in clinic or urgent care nearby? If so, go there and get a diagnosis and prescriptions if you need them. Play it safe and feel better. *-*
