It's infected. The only way to make it better is to use disinfectant like Dettox.

I don't know who told you not to use disinfectant but they're a fool. Just make sure you wash your hands, wipe disinfectant on the piercing and turn it through the hole so some of the disinfectant enters the wound. You could always get anti-biotics as well.

Registered Nurse speaking.

Do not put any alcohol or rubbing alcohol on it, this will only dry it out.

Do cover your piercing with a light non stick dressing if it is like on the belly button and rubbing against clothing.

Do wash your hands before touching it and after touching it.

Do bath it in salty water every 4 hours and turn it through the piercing. It may hurt so take some pain killers first.

Do go see a doctor as you may need antibiotics.

Sounds like it is infected. Wash the area with saline solution (salt water), keep it dry, do not touch it, always wash your hands first with soap and water. You could apply a topical antibiotic. However you should see a physician,if symptoms do not improve, you may need a short course of oral antibiotics to treat your infection. No alcohol please, it is harmful to skin cells.

Put on the anti infectant before you get really sick. It is safe to use it and you need to fix the problem now. Then see the doctor. (Go to the free clinic if you have to but see a doctor please).

Try bathing it in warm salted water, this should do the trick, and try not to keep touching it or else you can further infect it with dirt/germs etc. off of your fingers!

Go to a doctor and have the stupid piercing removed. Your body is not meant to get pierced. Its a form of body mutilation....
