We are trying to fly our step kids out here during spring break. They are 10 and 12. I am having a hard time finding an airline that doesn't require an adult passenger. Any suggestions?

NWA do it. Here is their 'unaccompanied minors' page: http://www.nwa.com/services/onboard/minor/

If they are flying internationally, try Air Canada: http://www.aircanada.com/en/travelinfo/before/youngtravellers/minors.html

Most airlines will allow them to fly as unaccompanied minors. There will be an extra fee for that though. Actually I am not aware of any airline that doesn't allow unaccompanied minors.

well they use to allow it,im from houston Tx,but since you have not been able to find a airline then maybe the rules have been changed since the 911 attack...I wasn,t aware that this rule has been changed,....maybe if you continue looking you can find one.other suggestions would be train travel,or bus coach? maybe

Most airlines such as southwest do.....you have to pay extra for an "adult" that they provide to sit with them the whole way.....otherwise you have to wait till they are 15 to ride solo.

Of course you can they are called UM and they are unaccompanied passengers. The crew takes care of them with the help of their neighbors.

well .. base on my observation ,. children who wanted to fly with other countries arent allowed without their companions .. they should have at least 1 companion .. else, they cannot go their destination .. if they reach at least 18 years of age., they are allowed .. thank you thank you ..
