Do men and women go to same gym in USA..or is there any separate facilities

There are some gyms that are for women only, but most gyms have both men and women.

Men and women have the choice to go to a gym for both or to one just for men or one just for women. If it is a gym for both the changing facilities and shower rooms are separate. USA is not sex crazy with everyone in same room nude. USA is about freedom and that includes the freedom for women to go to the same gym as the men. Freedom includes equality and woman and men are equal. That is why everyone else in the world wants to come to USA. It is the best country as you can be and do all you dream as long as you do not hurt others.

Depends, most gyms are for men & women.
There are specialty gyms that cater to just women, such as Curves. I'm sure there are some out there just for men.

we have it all covered, there are men and women only facilities, and there are also co-ed gyms.
You have your choice.
