Why do some people come out looking like super models and other people come out deformed? Are the deformed ones being punished for something and are the attractive ones being rewarded for something? And no offense intended to anyone, like I have big stick out ears. Why do we have these things, especially like big ears as there doesn't seem to be any point in having them? People say god has a plan for each of us, funny plan, doesn't seem to make any sense at all.

He's tinkering. He figured, maybe stick out ears would be a good idea, maybe it will give you some advantage, so he decided to try it. If it doesn't work nobody will marry you, you won't have kids, and that will be the end of stick out ears.

That is an excellent question. What you are talking about is simply "imperfection". When the original couple was created, they were perfect. We, their offspring, should have been perfect as well, both physically and mentally. Thanks to their disobedience, they put the stain of sin on their offspring and the further we get away from that original state of perfection the larger that stain seems to be. It all comes down to the current imperfect gene pool.

God does not have a "plan" for everyone. God has a PURPOSE mankind. It is to restore humans to the condition he originally intended for them to be in.

As far as God somehow punishing people for something they did and that's why they come out with these deformities and genetic diseases is concerned ... First of all, even if God were NOW punishing people for their sins etc., what sins has a child born with certain deformities or genetic diseases committed?

Think about this. the bible says that "God IS love", at 1 John 4:8. Would a loving God do such a thing? And there's James 1:13 There we read that "when under trial let no one say I am being tried by God.' For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone."

I hope that helps you. Enjoy your day.

There are plenty of people considered beautiful in this society and when they dont have the make up artist or the stylists, they dont look too hot. So beauty is relative my dear. What is one persons version of beauty is not an others. Who says deformed people are unattractive? There are plenty of people who would disagree with you. Look for instance at the little girl Kennedy in Canada (nick named thumbolina) she is a very specific kind of dwarf, to her parents, family, friends and people all over the world who have read her story she is a beautiful, sweet precious child. Beauty come in all shapes and sizes, colours and creeds. If some people are so superficial to judge just on an attractiveness rating is says more about them than the actual people they are judging. Every life has a purpose and meaning and every person whether attractive or not has gifts to offer the world and the people around them. What would be the lesson in us all looking the same and all being as successful as each other? God knows what he is doing and if you cant make sense of it then i feel sorry for you. The point is that beauty is on the inside and to see through the exterior to see the true person through there heart not there external body. Because even the most attractive person can be mean spirited with an ugly heart and mind.

The answer to that is in the first three chapters of the Bible. When God created man, he created him capable of making moral decisions. That means that man had the ability to follow God or to reject God. He was warned on "day one" that if he rejected God, one of the consequences of that would be "death". His physical body would begin to decay, break down, and eventually die. While, man sinned, and the rest is the result...

Genetic material is no longer perfect, and can cause deformities, diseases, and even "big ears". There is no point to them. They simply are. But having "big ears" only limits you to the among that you let them. They did not seem to keep Clark Gable from being the biggest movie star of his generation. Talk about ugly, Gable should have worn a bag over his head (imho). But his talent outshone his looks. In fact, they actually worked in his favor.

My oldest son was born with a major facial deformity, and had to have some type of surgery just about every summer while he was growing up. They had to break and reconstruct his jaw, palate, nose (several times), etc over the years. But in spite of his looks, he has always had a powerful singing voice and a desire to act and perform. He has sung one of the lead parts in musicals, including touring with a company doing Godspell a couple years ago. Just finished an appearance in Once Upon a Mattress, and is auditioning for a role in Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. He has simple refused to let his "looks" get in the way of his talents and desires. He has a dream and plans to fulfill it. He is not about to let something as little as missing part of his face keep him from fulfilling that dream.

God does have a purpose for every life. He puts a dream and desire in each person. And each one faces obstacle they have to overcome to fulfill those dreams. If you could do it on your own, why would you need God? If the worst obstacle you ever face is how your ears look, then you are fortunate to have things so easy.

You got it backwards.

Looking like a super model is a difficult lesson because age takes all of that away. Their looks become the basis for their sense of self. Beautiful people have to watch as age takes everything that made them feel good about themselves away. Then they must search for a new and truer sense of self based on things that are not physical.

This can be difficult.

Do not assume that all of the lessons we have come here to learn can be best learned with a perfect set of limbs a beautiful face or even a tiny set of ears. Often the lesson that teaches most completely is not the simplest one.

I think your assuming a bit much. I doubt God's vision of humanity is guided by Cosmo or Vogue. And, I doubt you or I are really equipped to see the vast scope of God's plan.

You may recall, he created angels. Beings of perfection. And many of them fell from grace. You may also recall that he has created all sorts of people and creatures over the ages that don't really fit our perception of beauty.

I'm not sure what the big picture really is here, but it may have something to do with humility, loving others in spite of what we see on the surface and caring for each other in spite of the hardships involved. Not bad lessons in the long run. And lessons we need to learn both as individuals and cultures. I personally think we still have a long way to go.

If I remember properly, archeology has stumbled on data that truly some animals, even dinosaurs, suffered illnesses we nonetheless be bothered by. As such, God made the ecological structures to function completely. (what's perfection? a gadget or a factor that totally performs its function!) This ecological perfection had areas, a million. the delivery or renewal--it quite is, replace of wiped out areas. 2 the functioning of areas at the same time as youthful 3. the creation of particularly some worms, micro organism that are mandatory while the area starts failing 4. the disposal of wiped out areas, and so on. ( sorry for the non-clinical explanation ) You get the photograph. Now people have been presented. Adam grew to become into informed that he had to be obedient to be authorized to stay! In different words, God reported in result, obey me and that i will in straightforward terms remember to do no longer die of previous age, ailment, and so on. while Adam grew to become far flung from God and thereby demanded self rule, God gave it to him. That meant that the protecting umbrella that God had surrounded the human race with grew to become into withdrawn. As such, they grew to become basically as vulnerable because of the fact the animals to the ravages of time, ailment, catastrophes. as a result the illnesses existed previous to Adam's creation. The genetic illnesses began their inroad on human DNA in straightforward terms after Adam's rejection of theocracy! The humorous ingredient is that even at the instant scientist admit this no longer at the instant! How? this is admitted that some illnesses are genetic and are exceeded down from mom and dad that carry them. this is admitted that those illnesses upward thrust up from incorrect tips that this individual's DNA incorporate in a particular website/s. as a result the tip is that the terrific suited tips could therapy the ailment. precise! it quite is an admission that there exist a sort of human DNA it quite is without disease. this is almost an involuntary admission that God created the unique guy with suited DNA---form of!

What a crock! We're paying for our abnormalities because of the sins of people who didn't exist over 2000 yrs ago? Are you kidding me? Here, there is no God, simple enough. It's just genes and a few mishappen chromosones, dirty water, E. coli. All that stuff can participate in deformities. I was born with asthma, a heart murmur and two leaking heart valves, when I was born, just out of the womb..how sinful was I? Is there a hidden sin that states "Thou shalt not be pushed out of a birth canal"?

In short, God doesn't actually exist so your big ears are caused by your past big eared relatives. Simple, enjoy your day. :)

God didn't create us, he created Adam and Eve, everything since then is a result of Adam choosing a woman over God. What we see today is actually a form of evolution, but we have de-evolved in that we have gone from long lives and high IQs to our short lives and very low IQs of today.

What you are is a result of generations of mating and trading genes influenced by pollution, UV radiation, and our poor eating habits.

There is no such thing as God.

Makes this easier to understand.

There are these things called genes though. They are passed from parents to child. Occasionally during DNA replication codons are repeated or otherwise mutated causing errors in the genetic code. Sometimes whole chromosomes are added to a pair resulting in triple chromosomes and you end up with genetic abnormalities like XXY individuals. In plants you can even have XXYY or XXXY individuals. Mutation is something that just happens. It has nothing to do with magic or holy ghosts.

18I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. 20For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21that[i] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
22We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? 25But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
