Find a suitable replacement for the person you are fixating on and stop contacting them.

If they want to talk to you, trust you-me, THEY WILL become a member of the "Make-A-Way" foundation and FIND A WAY to reach you.

This takes great strength of character. You cannot make anyone acknowledge you. That is their choice. You have no control over the actions of another person. The onus is on you to treat others as you would want to be treated. That makes you the kind of person you are! Their ignoring you makes them the kind of person they are! Are they really worth worrying about? Remember, they will only ignore you as and when they wish to, and for however long they wish to. If you are in close proximity to this person on a day-to-day basis, you just have to let it ride, let it flow over you, like a warm breeze. When the time is right you may be able to broach the subject in a tactful manner and ascertain the reasons for them ignoring you. Maybe they have good reason, or perhaps they are under some misconception about you. Anyway, it is really not worth worrying about. Forget about it and let nature take its course!

Sometimes its not easy to remain calm and collected when someone ignores you but remember this, getting mad and upset only brings you down to their level right where they want you. Be the bigger person and ignore them right back and move on to better things. Why waste your time getting upset or mad over someone who wouldn't get mad or upset over you. Trust me the more you get mad at them the more they laugh at you, so just move on and don't give them a second thought. Rule of thumb I go by is this: Don't cry over someone who wouldn't cry over you.

Walk up to them and introduce someone else. When the someone else goes to the loo tell them that you don't fancy them but the person you wanted to be with kept ignoring you. They might get the hint!

I don't know....I eventually get angry and then over the whole situation. That recently happened to me, and it does get better...you do get over it.
