First, you can't MAKE anyone do anything. However, you can try to talk with people about mundane topics to at least get the conversation started. However, if the girls DON'T want to talk to you, you'll continue to get the cold shoulder. In that case, you don't want to be friends with that person anyway, because they're too insecure to move outside of their clique.

Walk away and be sure she knows why. Good looking women think too much of themselves and they do not respect men who are so easy either. I'm old and married now, but I speak from experience so take my word for it. It's an ego-booster to see some guy with his eyes bugged out or tripping over his shoestrings, but she doesn't want him. Be cool! Not desperate!
