I would suggest that you take a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and pour it (as soon as the act was discovered )down the dogs throat ,when discovered what your dog ingested Please consult your vet first. You can do this by Holding the dogs head up and then pour the peroxide down his throat. The dog will throw up the mixture within minutes, along with the bacon fat. Again consult a Vet first if possible, for not everything is going to come up without hurting the animal if its a solid object , sharp, or jagged. This might cause other serious medical problems.

Call your vet, see what they want to do. I would tend to lean towards just watching him. It also depends on the size of your dog... there's gonna be a BIG difference between a toy poodle and a rottie eating that much fat. Please make sure this doesn't happen again, but I know how fast those things can happen, my dog ate a bottle of leather cleaner. UGH the vet trips with adventurous eaters will drive you MAD!!! lol, good luck, if he starts acting strange at all, get him the the vet immediately. Even the diarrhea could be dangerous if he starts to get dehydrated

Feed it some bread, lettuce and tomatoes so it can have a BLT. Okay just kidding.
Please keep an eye on the dog. Eating fat could be a bad thing. Feed the dog a bland diet until your pretty certain there are no ill effects from the fat and then slowly reintroduced its regular diet.
If however you notice the dog is sick please contact your vet for advice.

I would put the dog outside because when the fat is digested it is going to cause large amounts of loose stools. The dog might have an accident even if he is well trained. Other than that the dog will be fine. He might have a belly ache at worst.

Get ready for some major diarrhea. And it wouldn't hurt to take it to the vet. Some dogs eating that much fat can develop serious problems with their stomach.

You need to get to the shops fast......Bacon fat is selling out.
Only joking......I would keep a very close eye on the doggie.
He/She will have a dodgy belly for the next couple of days.
If you see anything strange happening take him/her straight to the vets.

Wait until it is either horribly sick or very productive at the rear end ... make sure it has instant access to the garden or wherever it does poos. It oughtn't to come to any permanent harm unless it's already got kidney problems or high blood pressure. Good luck - you have an interesting 48 hours ahead of you.

He should be seen by your vet, if your pet eats a large amount of fatty food your dog can get pancreatitis, which can make them very sick.
Have him seen today.
