Drive them yourself, book a flight for them, hire a bus and driver? There's not really enough info here to help you, friend, but it's nice you care for your parents.
I wish you and them well. Happy New Year.

It depends on where you live. If you know a police officer, then tell him what you have said here and ask him if he can follow them at some point and see how their driving seems. If its not up to par he can stop them, and request that their license be revoked. Other than that, you might tell them you are concerned and request that they take a bus or plane to their destination.

Since they are YOUR parents why haven't YOU contacted your local Department of Motor Vehicles and found out about having their licenses taken away? If they shouldn't be driving then they should be off the road.

Well if they should not be driving then don't have them drive. Try to see if you can persuade them to either let you drive or get plane or bus tickets.
