I was thinking i could just throw the frozen vegetables in a blender and kind of make a smoothie out of them. I know it wouldn't be the best tasting way to eat them, i just need to start eating more healthy and my bad habbit is I dont like cooking.

place your veggies with abt 3 tablespoons of hot water in a microwaveable dish and cover it with cling wrap and microwave it 4 abt 4 mins then add a knob of butter and seasoning/herbs - then puree it all.. u can actually put the puree in a pot with some uncooked noodles/ pasta and a teaspoon o crushed garlic -simmer til the pasta is cooked and then add a tablespoon of cream and drizzle with olive oil - simple veggie soup and tastes gr8 especially if you team it up wit garlic bread

frozen veggies taste horrible

I would blanch them too. Otherwise they'll taste really icky with a typical 'freezer' flavor.
Personally I would make smoothies from fruit and eat the veggies steamed or boiled or sauteed. At least you won't have to force them down.

If you want to start eating healthy, and dont like cooking, why eat disgusting frozen blended veges, when you would be better off eating raw veges! lots of interesting ones to choose from and better tasting than what you are thinking of doing!!!!

They will be softer and will puree easier if you heat them first. It really won't take all that long.
