i've got the same problem,it's usually the drivers for your drive being lost .check devices manager if it has any problems you should find them there.
If you know the make of your drive then you you can find the drivers online.last option if all fails do a complete reinstall to factory setting after backing up your data.

Have you got space on your Hard drive to install the game, if not then better free up some space.

Are you putting in the disc and expecting it to open automatically? Try opening it manually.
