The justification is taking verses out of the bible - Corinthians and revelation touch on the subjects - women were scantily clad when the Corinthian letter was written and revelation described demons. Both issues are a complete waste of time in 2006 and if he was going to bother influencing people that would be the last thing to say...lol the guy is a nutter and you should just keep walking..we get them in church as well..but you can't choose your family, only friends. I have never met anyone who was converted via a megaphone.

We are to present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy & acceptable unto God, & also the bible says that does not nature itself teach you it is a shame for man to have long hair. Right off hand I can't remember the exact verses, I quoted, My wife is using my Notes I have written down. But if you have a bible quotation bible you can look it up. Well I just found one verse Read Romans 12:1 & also Read Eph. 5:10 & also 1st Peter 3:1-6

The percentage of street preachers who say screwed up things is probably comparable to the percentage of non preachers who say screwed up things. And no, he doesn't have justification to say that, he has twisted scripture.

The First Amendment, freedom of expression. A good question to ask yourself is "Why do the street preacher's comments bother me?" Do you believe what he is saying and you have long hair?

because of the fact basically an insane individual would not basically have faith in the existence of a particular god (with out any information) yet additionally declare to be attentive to his ideals are information. If somebody behaved like highway preachers yet preached for perception in mermaids, that they had in all threat the two be arrested, or taken for psychiatric assertion.

he is trying to refer to certain scriptures in th bible.. but his interpretation is not correct... ...the scriptures refer to men acting and dressing like women and women acting and dressing like men... that this should not be so, because it is confusion.
there is the letter of the law, and the heart of the law...to have the correct interpretation, a person needs to have both inside his spirit.....otherwise he is either a legalist, like this man, or too liberal, allowing sin and wierd stuff into one's life...we are to be good examples to others....and how we appear can sometimes have an impact...so we are to try to let our outside match our inside, so to speak...but we are not to get legalistic about it....
how we dress is culture based... one one culture, pants on a woman is not good, so we cannot dress that way when we share our beliefs, or they will not accept them. However, in a different cutlure, like the US, there is nothing wrong with pants, as long as they fit right, and the woman is modestly dressed.

None. All religious people are a bit stupid and ignorant, its just a matter of degree.
HOWEVER - since this is a democracy and not some despicably intolerant theocracy people should be free to preach nonsense as much as they want.

While a little misinformed he is basing the presumption on men looking like women and women wearing men's clothing.
Oh well to each his own I guess.
