If you want to talk to her why then ignore her. Go ahead and talk to her, remember, that she attended the wedding not as a star but as a friend to the bride or groom.

Its fine to go up and talk to her just like you might talk to any other guest at a wedding. My mother went to my cousins wedding(sadly I could not go) a few years ago. My cousin married an actess/choreographer(she has done some broadway/small parts on Tv and movies). There were several well known actors there. My mother said they were all very down to earth and she talked to them briefly mostly on a "I'm the grooms aunt" kind of level.

You can talk to her, but I wouldn't call a lot of attention to her. The wedding is about the bride and groom.

Talk to her if you want to but do it as you would any other guest.
The bride should be the centre of attention as this is the one day we should all be the most important person in the room.

Why not talk to them as a fellow attendee of the wedding instead of talking to them about how much you love the way they slap eachother around every week on their show...aren't weddings a great place to meet people, who knows you could of gotten lucky ;)

You should go running up to her and say "OH MY GOD!! Can I get your autograph? Let's ask the photographer to take our picture. My friends are never going to believe this!" And then proceed to bug her the entire event.
You should act like a normal human being and treat her like one as well. I am sure she gets fed up with not being able to have a normal life without nutso people bugging her.

Why not? she is a human being and would like to be treated like one, just don't go over the top.

I'd go talk to her. I talked to a famous singer at a student's wedding, and she was very nice and friendly to me. I'd say yes, go talk to her.
