i have to know every thing about cevical region pathology and treatment.
and for better diagnosis and management,i must know how can i asses the mobility of that region.so i want to know how to test and measure it "objectively"

The cervical spine's range of motion can be tested by measuring flexion and extension in the atlanto-occipital joint, and rotation to the left and right in the atlanto-axial joint. Flexion and extension would be measured linearally, while rotation would be measured angularly.
