Where did you get your frogs - and at this time of year? I want some - NOW!!! I had them once in a posh club that my father belonged to years ago. They tasted like chicken. Though I think they are probably a bit of a faff - you need a lot of frogs without back legs. I wonder what people do with the rest of the frog?!
Happy 2007!

Yummy. I love frog legs. Garlic butter frog legs. keep ratio of 1 garlic clove to 5 frog legs to taste it garlicky. Lemon wedges and salt and pepper to taste Frog legs in garlic, vinegar and black pepper 1 garlic clove 5 frog legs 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup water 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 table spoon butter fresh lemon (optional) Mix all ingredients together and boil. Do Not Stir. when the water, vinegar and butter became creamy, lower the heat to medium and wait till it's almost dry. Use a deep frying pan so that you can lay the frog legs evenly touching the pan. Serve with lemon wedges

yes the frog is really good. it does taste like chicken. I read some of your responses and they should not knock them till they try them. I was always told you should always try something new at least once
