These are quite general. And chan is about as cantonese as you get. Chen is the same name under mandarine which is more official as most of the legal documents like passports are under mandarin. Chin is something else entirely and used in both but denotes different names.

I'd guess Cantonese because of Jackie Chan.

From what i see, Chan is a cantonese surname, though of course there might be exceptions.
