Hey im just wondering i dont know how to set my exercise routine out
can you help me put it in good order

jogging/weights/exercise bike/heavy bag/basketball thank you

What are your goals? Without a goal you dont have a target to shoot at. Are you looking to excell in any one particular athletic endeavour or are you simply looking to get in shape? All of the activities you listed can be usefull tools to get in shape. Its not likely you will be able to do them all in one day, you wont have the strength or energy to take out the garbage. Do you have any joint problems or physical problems that need to be taken into consideration? If you could get each of these activities in twice a week you would probably get in excellent condition. Even that might be 2 much. You have to have a clear goal so that you can prioritize your training.

hey buddy hi.if u wanna set ur routine then 1st of all make ur time table.then promise ur self to be sincere wth ur self.u have to do exercise not daily but towic a week.if u enjoy plying games then buddy play game and enjoy.

jog relaxes you , u can go biking , then u can do your heavy bag stuff and take on weights ... remember to do streches after weights coz they really help u in preventing cramps ...u can start dunking..............

I am not sure if this answers your question or not, but what helps me is to go work out when you first get out of bed. That way you can't talk yourself out of it and your workout is done before you know it.
