ok so at my church there is this pastor and i work with the AV(audio and Visual, i turn the microphones on and project images on to a big screen so the people can see images that are involved with the sermon, but th epastor always stops preaching and yells at us(us being the AV team) wut should i do?

Thats a brilliant idea, my dad works on the AV team at my church and i think its a really good idea to project images because it adds a bit of colour to the sermon, we project images and videos all the time at my church. I think you should talk to the pastor and try to understand why he does want images projected during his sermon and then talk to some people in the congregation and see if they think it's a good idea. I'm sure your pastor won't disagree with the congregation.

I think you should talk to him.I don't think your pastor should be stopping during the service to yell at you,considering Matthew 18:15-17 "Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.But if he will not hear you, take with you one or two more, that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established".
You are both brothers in Christ,and I hope things work out for you and him.{By the way,I know how hard AV is.That's the job my stepdaad has at church :) }

Well gee first of all you ought to follow bible guide lines.
1. Talk with the pastor about what is going on? Do you need more training?
2. If that don't work, take a witness
3. Your problems don't get solved, consult with your elders in the congregation.
4. Ask for a different job or duty..
Hopefully your pastor has met all the requirements to teach as stated in the bible, but since it does not sound that way, he may not be qualified do be in a teaching position of responsibility.
You should read the bible on both books of Timothy since it says what are requirements of pastors, overseers, and Gods arrangement of thing in Gods organization.

Yell back brother. or if you want to become more mean, LAUGH..lol perhaps the most mean way is to laugh in face of someone angry or yelling. lol laugh until he will learn how to behave.
