OK - first of all Scholarship is supposed to be free - if you pay to get a scholarship - it's not really a scholarship.

Scholarships are offered in different ways - you may get a part scholarship or a complete scholarship.

If the universities in your country do not have scholarship schemes, you can apply to any foreign university and ask if they have a scholarship scheme for the course you want. You may have to fill in a special application form for the same and give certain tests so they can gauge your level and decide how much scholarship you are eligible for.

Unfortunately, most professional courses do not have scholarship offers....but there is no harm trying....

If you are in economic difficulty...you can apply to the government or avail of social security help to continue with your education.

If this is not available - you can always take an educational loan from a bank and pay it back later. At least you will have the funds for pursuing your course.

Otherwise work hard and save up for a few years and then apply for the course when you have enough money to pay the fees.

Other non-reliable sources can be relatives or lotteries
