a week ago he slept for about 4 days average till 6h45 - 07h30. Now he is back on waking up every morning anything after 5h00. Obviously he gets tired earlier. What can I do or what will help him to sleep late?

He is in a set routine every night. Bath, bottle, read and then sleep. Yet even he is awake later he still wakes up early and then is just tires earlier for his nap. Taking a 1 hour nap, OR a 3 hour nap OR no nap at all during the day, he still wakes up early. What to do?

The older they get the less sleep they need......are you giving him a nap during the day? If so how long? Try skipping naps and keep him up a littler later at night.

My 3 year old has been doing this for a while and continues to wake up 3am, 4am, 5am. I put him in our bed (if you don't mind). He falls right back asleep and I get some sleep as well. I also let him stay up later in the evening, sometimes 9pm or 10pm, if he took a long nap in the afternoon. This will help a bit or try to cut the naps in the afternoon.

Wait till he's a teenager! It's pretty normal & a hard habit to break. Keep his room dark. Find out if a noisy neighbour is starting a car or truck near his window. Give him a rest/sleep during the day & put him to bed later. Get him up through the night to use the toilet if he wakes up wet (not sure this is a good idea though my mother did it!) Make sure he wears warm pjs in case he is getting uncovered & waking up cold.

My daughter did that. I took covered her windows in towels blankets whatever it took to make sure absoulty NO light came through that window and in a day or two she started sleepin alot longer. Also try a nice warm bath with that calming milk bath stuff (there are alot of diff brands) put on some lotion to get them to calm down more after the bath and a radio or something that plays music really softly you can leave on all night.

Is he still taking a nap in the afternoon? If so, try to cut those out ( I know you love them, so does every parent, but put it on the scale, the quiet time for you in the afternoon or sleeping a little longer in the morning, what is more important?)
Other than that, try to wear him out with activities throu-out the day, lots of playing around as well as lots of "brain-input" (don't forget that he can't sit still for too long yet, check the library and the internet for things appropriate for his age).
Good luck!

maybe he is hungry, that wakes him up so early, do not give him nething to eat drink at this time. instead make sure that he fills his stomach when he goes to bed in the night. and if he wakes up at 5, just give him water to drink.
make sure that he is well rested, and there is no noise, heat/cold, light/dark as per what he likes.
There could be a lot of reasons to wake up during the night.
maybe he wants to pee, so for that make sure that u do not give him too much of liquids in the evening hours. give him solid food.
and mayeb if u try to keep him up in the night a little longer than he usually goes to sleep, might help

My 2yr. old daughter goes through this. I think they sleep longer when they're going through a growing spurt. It seems like one week she sleeps in and then the next week she is up early. The only thing I can think why this is happening is it depends on if she's growing or not. I noticed that she eats a lot more too when she's doing the sleeping in thing. I don't think there is much to do about it.

Just try to keep him up later. You could give him a Dr. Pepper or something at his usual bedtime to help keep him awake a little longer. Do this until he can stay awake longer at night on his own.

while she wakes up dry, furnish her the potty. If she is waiting she would be able to apply it if no longer, do no longer rigidity the subject. toddlers are so distinctive while it includes potty training. My niece replaced into completely potty knowledgeable at 2 my son (who's 4 months youthful than my niece) is 3 and we are nevertheless engaged on it.
