our world today faces a crises due to our own faults: endagered anomals and plants, energy, and others. i too was dissappointed on the fact people still ignore india. i know not why and i am sorry. i hope luck

Simply because we don't have proper or enough Infrastructure, resources and faculty to support more seats in India. We first need to grow in this aspects to grow the number!!

a good question...
this is cause increasing seats would require expansion in infrastructure and facilities and this requires time and Mullah....
the problem also lies in the sluggish gov. policies which makes the above process slow slower slowest...
the way out as i see is to outsource this process to a private firm
