I want to increase my health and wealth both.For the weakness my skin where looking so dull. plz help that how can i increase my weight.

I don't know how would you like to increase your wealth.
But here are some tips to develop your health:
1) If u r suffering from some disease try to get rid of it first.(Especially if its a sexual disease).
2)Do little workout.
3) Eat fresh vegetables.
4)Always remain happy n cheerful(like me)!

As a thumb rule, one KG per inch is ok. Why do you want to increase the weight and struggle to reduce it at a later stage? Generally ladies put on weight after marriage and a child birth.
Drink Noni herbal fruit juice which will solve all your problems. Non is sold through netwrok marketing. You can become a distributor and earn money also.

there are many ways to increase ur weight.assign proper diet plan. start eating sweet dishes made from ghee and sugar include more protein stuff in ur diet.take raw turmeric juice just 2 tablespoons a day it would make a difference to ur skin

you have complete diet weight gain process and i suggest u that you take fruit juice and also exercise and you drink water at least 15 glasses in whole day

maybe i know why.. Other then something to EAT. You must always have good time. feel happy while do something. Maybe you can have with your friends or maybe by your self alone would make you happy. Some say if you are happy your body and mind always stay in good shape. Good luck then!! (sometime its hard to make your self happy, believe me..)

Eat lots of bananas [fruits]
Drink plenty of milk and have milk products and indian sweets [mithai]. U may also have potato chips/wafers.
enjoy lots of fried snacks like bhajiyas, wada, samosa etc
U lucky girl , go ahead and hog.
