make excersices just for ur thigh muscles

Walking -- 1 hour everyday
Cycling --- u may use a real bicycle or do the bicycling exercise.
Also , keep away from sweets, sugar & sugar products and avoid eating fried foods.
Supplement it with fruits, vegetable salads etc.
Within a month u shd be able to see some changes .
This will motivate u to go on further till u reach yr goal.

Lie down on a flat surface or a bed. Lift your leg as much as you can. Turn it first clockwise for 10 times. Then turn it anticlockwise for 10 times. Do the same with another leg. Do it slowly. Do not stress yourself too much. You will surely benefit.

You can even do swimming for one hour a day.
