I was told to eat good carbs to burn energy,consume protien after working out,not sure what to think any more........

If you do huge amounts of exercise than it is more important to eat carbs - that's what is meant by if you burn energy eat good carbs. Otherwise minimize carbs, especially avoid "white" carbs, such as white bread, potatoes, spaghetti and sugar in any form. Eat whole grain, beans, which are examples of "good" carbs.

Eat lean protein as well. Avoid fat.

You may need to pay attention to other dietary considerations.

it would be best to ask a doctor but i think if you do some sports (biking,walking, swimming,ect) keeping the carbs down(not out al to geather) and some protiens up you should louse about 3 -5 pouns in two -three weeks....
for what i know the key is sports and then protiens some carbs are needed put keep them low.....

I Have read about this and tried it out my self. Taking more protein and keeping carbs to a minium will help you loose weight

it should contain more protein because protein increases your metabolism. Also, drinks lots of water.
