Can you tell me whats the problem ? I train it till it feels tired, but i never feel the sore like other muscles. Now its disproportionate to my upper arm! So frustratingly retarted!

Forearms are very difficult to target and even harder to make grow if you've got small wrists/forearms. One of the things I did and it was recently mentioned in Mens Health, is to get yourself a block of wood and put a bunch of 2" screws into it. Whenever you've got time (like watching TV) just take your screwdriver and screw them in and out over and over for at least 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. When it gets too easy, make new holes or find a block of harder wood.

Keep at it and in a few weeks, you'll definitely see some size as well as some really cool definition . . . forearm muscles really ripple and it's pretty impressive.

If you want a quick muscle mass, you should lift heavier weights. It's good that you don't feel any soreness because it's not a good sign. Soreness doesn't mean that your muscles are responding to the exercises; on the contrary, they are being depleted of energy. Now that your forearms are so beautifully responding to the work-out, well... keep up the good work. Increase the weight and decrease the time of the work-out. In this way your muscles will grow more quickly. Remember: heavy training for a short time, then resting for a long time. I'm sure that'll do the trick.
As for your nutrition, take in lots of water during the work-out. 2% of the water should be sugar, it provides the muscles with a quick energy source so they keep functioning. After your work-out, refill your muscles with protein immediately, that'll help muscles repair and grow.
